We are a single clinic in Bradford, Ontario. Not a chain, not a franchise, and not a salon that added injectables to the price list. The work here is medical aesthetics: prescription injectables, medical lasers, skin health and naturopathic care, delivered by people who are registered to do it.
That has a practical consequence you will feel in the first ten minutes. The appointment starts with an assessment rather than a menu. We ask what is actually bothering you, we look at your skin, and then we tell you what would help, what would not, and what we would leave alone.

What separates this from a salon.
Some of what happens in a medical clinic also happens in a spa. The parts that do not are the parts worth understanding before you let anyone near your face.
A prescriber is involved in your care
Neuromodulators are prescription drugs in Canada. Dermal fillers are regulated as medical devices rather than drugs, but injecting either one is a controlled act in Ontario, so it has to be assessed and authorised by a provider with the authority to do that. Here that person is a nurse practitioner who works in the building, not a name on a certificate in a frame.
The titles are protected ones
Anyone in Ontario can call themselves a technician or a specialist. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner are protected titles with public registers behind them. Every injectable in this clinic is placed by a nurse.
The consultation comes before the sale
Consultations are free and end with an honest assessment, including the treatments we think would be wrong for you. Being told no before you have paid is the point, not a failure of the appointment.
Medical aftercare, not a goodie bag
If something is not settling the way we expected, you call the clinic and speak to the people who treated you. Follow-up is part of the treatment rather than an upsell.
